W e d d i n g  a n d  E v e n t  P l a n n i n g

Full-service wedding and event planning includes gathering resources and vendor options; design, layout and flow of event; presence before during and after function; serving as on-site contact person; travel arrangements and rooming lists; staging, lighting, music, programs and all other elements of the event. My fee varies but is typically 15-20% of the total cost of the event (excluding cost of wedding rings, wedding dress, and honeymoon), plus any personal expenses, and travel for destination weddings and events.  

C u s t o m   C a k e   C r e a t i o n s

I create one-of-a-kind cakes and cupcakes for any occasion. All cakes are made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients, and assembled and decorated on-site to avoid any potential mishaps during travel. My cakes are always made fresh immediately prior to the event. They are never made in advance and frozen. Available flavors include chocolate, vanilla, wedding (a vanilla almond blend), sprinkles, vanilla chocolate chip, coconut, lemon, white, and red velvet. Filling options include berry cheesecake, mocha, lemon, chocolate mousse, pineapple cream, berry cream, coconut cream, peanut butter, and Oreo. The average cost for a custom cake is $6.50 per person plus decorations. Add $1.00 per person if the cake is covered in fondant.

I am an ordained minister, licensed to perform marriage ceremonies. It is my goal to ensure your wedding is personalized, significant, and filled with love, joy and memories that will last a lifetime. I will work with you in advance of the ceremony to get to know your unique personalities and desires for your ceremony. Your wedding will not be a cookie-cutter event. It will be specific to who you are and will create the atmosphere you and your loved ones associate with you. I will also be on hand for the rehearsal and I will file your license with the state the day after the ceremony. The average cost to serve as your officiant is $450 plus any expenses (such as travel for destination weddings)

Planning and coordinating various parties and gatherings is handled much the same as wedding and event planning. I will work with you from the initial concept to clean up to make sure you have the event of your dreams. Pricing is based on the number of guests as well as the level of extravagance and detail that goes into the planning.

D e c o r a t i n g

I love decorating homes for the holidays! If you prefer to enjoy the holidays without the hassle of putting up decorations, I can make your house look like a picture in a magazine while you relax with a cup of hot cider. The average cost is based on the square footage and the number of rooms and typically falls between $500 and $1000 plus any expenses.

C o n f e r e n c e   D i r e c t o r

As your Conference Director, I work with you from the initial planning through tear down. I will handle every aspect of the event including but not limited to, booking the venue, working with audio visual, staging, staff schedules, hotel rooming lists, booking talent, programs, menus, conference feedback, etc. The cost varies and can be a flat rate or a percentage of the total event cost, depending on the number of attendees and length of the conference (plus any expenses and travel).
